    Our products are proudly natural. Still, even concentrated natural ingredients can require a little care. That’s why we’re sharing some extra safety info.

    Please refer to the safety label on the back of each product.

    The concentrated powders (in dry form) may cause irritation. Once dissolved in 300ml of tap water, the surface cleaners (Multi-Purpose, Bathroom, Glass, and Floor) are completely hazard-free and will not cause irritation or allergic reactions.

    The Dishwasher Tablets and Toilet Bombs are concentrated products and may cause eye or respiratory irritation if misused. Keep out of reach of children. These products are free from allergens.

    The Laundry Sheets may cause allergic reactions in their dry form. The 0% fragrance variant is allergen-free.

    All microbial strains used across our products are QPS-labelled and food-safe.

    Here's a couple of our most frequently asked questions:

    + How do I use the Multi-Purpose Cleaner?

    When you receive your starter kit just fill your bottles with tap water, drop in the pearls, and leave to dissolve for 5 minutes. Et voilà! You're ready to get started. 

    Use the bottles to spray and wipe for an efficient clean, or you can spray and leave to dry for deodorisation and prevention against dirt and dust buildup.

    + How do I use the toilet bombs?

    Drop a tablet in your toilet, leave it to dissolve for 20 minutes, then scrub thoroughly. Flush your toilet and you're done! Typically, there is no need to do anything else after using the toilet bomb. However, if you notice there is still some dirt remaining, you can use YOKUU's Bathroom Cleaner. Simply spray it under the rim of your toilet, let it sit for a short while, and then use a brush to remove it. This method works well against tough limescale.

    + How many laundry sheets should I add to my wash?

    For a 'standard', medium-sized laundry load of 3-6kg, one laundry sheet is sufficient. If you've got a smaller load or want to do a hand wash, tear the sheet in two. But for those mega-laundry days over 6kg, it's best to bring in some reinforcements and use two sheets.

    + Can the laundry sheets be used for dark laundry or delicate fabrics such as wool?

    Our laundry strips are suitable for all types of laundry. However, for delicate fabrics such as wool, we recommend putting the strips in the detergent compartment (where you would normally put liquid detergent). This allows the strip to dissolve before it comes into contact with your laundry. Otherwise, there is a chance that the strip will not dissolve completely and may cling to the wool fibers.

    + Are YOKUU's bacteria safe?

    The bacteria in our products are 100% safe - so safe that they're technically edible (but we wouldn't recommend it).
